He has led multi-million-dollar CAPEX and OPEX portfolios, ensuring disciplined allocation aligned with long-term business and infrastructure objectives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Tanvir has consistently translated complex technical challenges into high-impact strategic outcomes. He has overseen nationwide transport planning and infrastructure operations covering thousands of active elements. Notably, he led critical post-merger integration audits, including the Airtel Bangladesh–Robi Axiata network consolidation.
